Description
KOC-08SII fiber interferometer is the newly upgraded of KOC-08S version. It is more quickly and accurately to measure the 3D geometry of fiber optic connectors. In the meantime, it can show the topography of the ferrule and fiber geometry directly and clearly in the software.
 
KOC-08SII interferometer is makes up of two parts: the interferometer mainframe, the PC computer and controlling software.
 
KOC-08SII adopts a 650nm high power LED Light source, which ensure he user to get clear interference image quickly.
 
KOC-08SII offers two kinds of chucks (2.5mm universal &1.25mm universal), with which user can test almost all kinds of connectors. 2.5mm universal chuck is used for measure FC/SC/ST/E2000/DIN/FC connectors, 1.25mm universal chuck is used for measure LC/MU/F3000 connectors. KOC-08SII allows the user don't need to replace chucks and calibrate when you testing APC and PC connectors. The user only needs to adjust the "angle adjuster" to set the angle. It is very convenient to operate.
 
With high accuracy controlling software, high testing result repeatability and convenient operability, KOC-08SII can makes the testing easy. The machine can be calibrated by six angles calibration and automatic to compensate the angle error by software. The user doesn't need to do any mechanical adjustment.
 
KOC-08SII is manual focus. After focused, the user can operate the machine by "one click" operation. The machine will measure automatic and give the result. The test result and 4 historical records will be shown on the bottom right of the software interface. The user can select to save the test result in Excel file or individual 3D report. The individual 3D report is included the 3D diagram to show the Connector endface status.
